Available with either 24/7 monitoring or family monitoring the Dementia Tracker from SureSafe is a GPS watch for Alzheimers patients and those suffering from other forms of dementia and is designed to help them maintain independent living – safer, and for longer.

The alarm itself is easy to use, with simplicity being an important consideration for people with Alzheimer's and other types of dementia. It has been designed to offer enhanced security and to give you additional peace of mind.

Different to traditional personal alarms, the SureSafe tracker for Dementia patients has a host of features that have been specifically designed to address the concerns that carers often have about a loved one with dementia. Concerns such as ‘what happens if my loved one wanders, and I cannot find them?’ and ‘what if my loved one takes the alarm off and forgets to put it back on?’

Non Removable Tracking Bracelet – a tamper-proof strap that can only be removed by a carer. Never worry about your loved one taking off the alarm and forgetting to put it back on!

With our 24/7 monitoring option your loved one’s Dementia Tracker is connected to our trained team of operators who are on hand to provide assistance, any time of the day or night. 24/7 monitoring offers the highest level of protection for your loved one, and there is a monthly fee for the service.

We also offer a family monitoring option. Here, the alarm is pre-programmed to dial through up to 3 different family members to call for help. The alarm is too smart to be fooled by a voicemail. With family monitoring, you need to be confident that you have people who will be available most of the time to respond to calls for help. The family monitored option has a monthly subscription that pays for the costs associated with using the mobile phone SIM card that is inside the tracking device.
